Return Policy

While skateboards are built sturdy, they are layers of laminated wood and can sometimes break under stress. Due to the nature of skateboard manufacturing, a complete guarantee on the boards isn't possible. Therefore, returns on broken or cracked skateboard decks aren't accepted.

However, replacements are available under the following conditions:

• Incorrect Printing: If the received skateboard doesn't match the design preview shown during purchase, it will be deemed incorrectly printed. (Note: Exact color matches aren't guaranteed due to variations in computer monitor displays.)
• Return within 30 days: The skateboard must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Condition: The skateboard must still be in its original shrinkwrap, un-skated, without grip tape, trucks, bolts, or stickers applied.

Alternatively, instead of a replacement, we might offer a refund of the purchase price at our discretion. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
